The Planning Process
You're booked! Now what? Take a look at our planning process and schedule a time to start planning!

Let’s start with the fun stuff! Come in and see what we have to offer! If you have a pinterest or vision board, this will be very helpful. In this one hour appointment, we will pick your linens, chargers, napkins, centerpieces and any other decorations you may want!
We will also start a floor plan with your estimated guest count. We use Allseated for this. Allseated is a virtual program that allows us to make a custom floor plan and you can also create your seating chart (if you so choose). This will be helpful to set up before you come in for your decor appointment.

Create an account as a HOST
Invite Di Amici Upscale Events (firstname.lastname@example.org) as your venue.
Once you have done this, we will go in and add our standard template with tables and chairs. When you come in for your appointment, we can go over more features of this program.
To schedule a tasting, please contact us through your Honeybook portal or email us at DiAmiciUpscaleEvents@gmail.com. Tastings are done Tues-Thurs from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM and are for up to four guests. This will be at Pomodoro’s Clear Lake location: 1001 Pineloch Dr Suite 1100, Houston, TX 77062. You may select 3 entrees and 3 sides to try. The menu options can be found on our catering menu linked here.
Usually, this is done about halfway through the planning process. This meeting can be done in person or a phone call. We will create your timeline and go over any planning questions you may have. We will also review what we discussed at our last meeting and see if you want to make any updates or changes
This appointment is 30-45 days before your wedding. This meeting can be in person or a phone call. We will go over details one last time, collect your vendors information and confirm your catering and bar selections.
